Our ambition and why we need you
The energy industry is changing faster than ever – and we are changing with it. We aim to become an even more high-performing organization by embracing change, strengthening collaboration, and continuously improving how we work. To support this transformation, we have our E.ON Business System – a business system, building on Operational Excellence, that helps us to transform our company and realize sustainable business results.
We are now looking for a Business Transformation Manager to help drive business transformation and performance improvement in close collaboration with leaders and teams across the Nordics.
Your role
As Business Transformation Manager, you will have a key role in driving E.ON Business System across the Nordics. Together with a collaborative and engaged team, you will support the organization in improving performance while building a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with managers and teams across the business, combining hands-on delivery with coaching, training and facilitation. You will primarily support our Energy Retail business, serving B2B, B2C and SME customers, developing new ways of working that drive sustainable results and continuous improvement over time, while addressing ambiguous, high-impact challenges and enabling change with clear commercial and customer impact.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving performance improvement initiatives and creating transparency around results
- Applying data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and unlock value across the business
- Supporting, empowering, and coaching teams and managers while designing and implementing new ways of working together with the business, acting as a trusted partner in driving change
- Collaborating across functions to improve ways of working from an end-to-end perspective
- Leading trainings and workshops in lean and change methodologies, and facilitating senior stakeholder dialogues to align on priorities and outcomes
Qualifications
We believe you have a relevant educational background and experience in business and cultural transformation within large organizations, preferably from a commercial and customer-driven business. Experience from management consulting or similar roles, or other environments involving structured problem solving, stakeholder management, and data-driven analysis, is considered a strong merit. You are fluent in English and Swedish.
To enjoy this role, we believe that you are driven by a desire to create meaningful impact, combining results-orientation with a deep commitment to collaboration. You are passionate about guiding people through change and inspiring them to embrace new ways of working, using clear, engaging communication and a genuinely attentive approach. We believe that you have a natural ability to support and empower others during transformation processes, balancing empathy with the confidence to drive progress. You enjoy working closely with diverse teams, where your expertise in change management helps to inspire and engage colleagues, ensuring that transformations are not only implemented, but truly embraced across the organization.
The team
You will join a supportive team of 10 colleagues with diverse backgrounds, all passionate about change management and driven by a curious approach to finding new ways to develop the business and realize our vision. We believe in teamwork and value an open-minded environment where new ideas are encouraged.
Your closest manager, Katia Gilhorn Lindgren, is a coaching leader who adapts her leadership to you and your needs. She trusts you to take ownership of your role, supported by clear expectations that help you grow. Here, you’ll be part of an inclusive environment built on trust, where you are empowered to make an impact and always have supportive guidance close at hand.
Welcome to join us on our journey to a sustainable future! The last day to apply is 14th of May.
