SAP Developer

Location: Malmö, Skåne County, Sweden

Job description

Your role

We’re looking for an SAP Developer to join our dynamic CRM Systems Team and contribute to elevating our SAP landscape to the next level. With a strong foundation in digital solutions and a passion for simplification, you’ll play a key role in delivering smart, stable, and scalable SAP functionality that makes a real difference — for our customers, and for our colleagues.

You’ll work across the full development lifecycle — from shaping requirements to designing, building, and optimizing custom SAP solutions. Our SAP environment supports areas such as customer data, contracts, order processing, and agreements and your work will directly impact how smoothly and efficiently these processes function.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop new SAP solutions and improve existing ABAP programs.
  • Build integrations with internal and external systems and contribute to modernizing our SAP development tools and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to shape high-quality solutions.
  • Work in an agile team and help drive our transition toward BizDevOps ways of working.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have several years of experience with SAP ABAP programming, including object-oriented development. It's important that you have an understanding of SAP systems and their integrations, as well as knowledge of SAP modules and how they function within business processes. You always want to improve your ways of working so you keep yourself up to date with modern SAP development tools and practices. Certifications in SAP ABAP programming, or previous experience working with SAP IS-U, S/4HANA, or integrations with external systems, are considered strong advantages.

We’re looking for you who has a curious mindset and who enjoys working in a team, builds trust through collaboration, and feels comfortable sharing ideas and exploring solutions together. We believe in a culture where we listen to understand, challenge with respect, and grow by learning from one another. This is a meaningful opportunity for you who not only knows SAP well but also wants to be part of shaping how we design and develop SAP solutions for the future. We believe that diverse perspectives — whether shaped by different industries, tools, or development approaches are essential for driving meaningful change. If you’re looking for a position where your contributions make a difference and where you can grow long-term, we’d be glad to hear from you.
